'' Having been involved in a car accident in 2008, the legacy was serious lower back muscle spasms which at my worst rendered me totally immobile. My only ease was monthly deep tissue massages. Having missed a few months of treatment I found myself Christmas week in 2017 in the local A&E department in a wheelchair immobile. Doctors' diagnosis and treatment was bed rest, diazepam drugs, and use of a wheelchair.

Late Januarry 2018 I went to my first yoga class with Robyn. Within a few classes I felt the benefits beyond anything I could have hoped for.

Now nearly 3 years on and I am pretty flexible for a 64 year old and very rarely have issues with my back but if I do a good yoga session does the trick!

Robyn's skilful inspired instruction made this happen for me by teaching the correct positions that worked for me as an individual whilst being in a larger class. Robyn has the gift of encouraging more while protecting what you have already achieved without endangering your body. Yoga has become part of my weekly routine and I feel that my lucky break was finding Robyns yoga classes.''
