Service Description

16 classes for a full body awareness workout and some fun! Once you make the purchase I will email you a google doc that has all of the links to the classes on it. In the class description it will tell you if and what props you need for the class. As always listen in to your body and if something doesn't feel right stop and change it. Make Yoga work for your body as you are perfectly unique 😁🙏

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & rescheduling will not be accepted within 48 of the private session / class / workshop. Full payment of class/workshop/private session will be required.
