Enjoy moving and breathing in your body! A range of different classes to keep you feeling good. Once you make the purchase I will email you a google doc that has all of the links to the classes on it. In the class description it will tell you if and what props you need for the class.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & rescheduling will not be accepted within 48 of the private session / class / workshop. Full payment of class/workshop/private session will be required.
